Fransiska Rindorindo is a multi-cultural multi-lingual global REALTOR®. Originally from Indonesia, she moved to Germany at the age of 9. She went abroad to live with her father who worked at the Indonesian Embassy there where she stayed until she went away to college. Immersed in a culture so different from her own, she learned to enjoy the beauty of other cultures early on, embracing the difference in people around the world. "I originally wanted to work in International Business, because I always had an appreciation for people from other lands. Now I still love that life and so love working with a diverse clientele as a REALTOR®. I earned my Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation in 2015. I am one of only 3,500 agents with that designation in 45 countries." "I am also a Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE). Only 1% of all agents nationally has this designation." Traveling through Europe, she observed how easy it was to visit many cultures since the countries were so close geographically, something so different from the States. Learning has always been such an important focus in her life, and learning from travels is an education in itself. With a degree in marketing, she brings those skills to her job as a real estate agent. Before Real Estate, she worked for Houston's first Light Rail Project as an administrator to expat international project managers. "Wherever I am, I find myself working with people from other countries, and I love it. We can all, as human beings, learn so much from each other. Speaking English, German and Indonesian, and Spanish I find it easy to get along anywhere in the world." For fun and exercise she practices Bellicon rebounder, which is jumping on a mini trampoline. She moved out her living room table and put in a trampoline. So whether at home or at work this bouncing REALTOR® is flying high making her clients dreams come true.
